We have a 14 week old Welsh puppy. It already feels like he has been part of our family for years. He is gorgeous and can't wait to meet up on one of the walks. Look forward to meeting you all at some point.

For 9 years I used to take my beautiful friend Bodge (Roger) for walks in Cuckmere Valley near Seaford, Sussex. He helped me overcome depression and anxiety due to a violent attack and also a relationship breakdown. I cannot thank him enough for just being there. He featured on the front of the Argus to save the RSPCA grounds from park and ride and we won! He also was featured as a finalist for the Dogs Trust Golden 'Oldies' award in London bad tragically was too ill to attend. We lost him on the 8th May 2011 and we miss him badly. He really was a truly spiritual boy and the best friend anyone could ever have. God Bless the Bodgeman x

Dear All, I have a 6 month old Welsh Terrier named Stanley. I was wondering at what age I can take him for his first hair clipping session? Also, having received mixed opinions about neutering, can anyone advise me on whether I should have Stanley neutered? Kind regards Robert

Wilf our puppy has been diagnoised with a heart murmur - is this common in the breed? Does any one have a dog with similar problem?

Hi We are thinking of buying a Welsh Terrier. The only thing that is putting us off are comments that they must be kept on a lead or they might not come back. We do a lot of walking in the countryside. Does this apply to all Welsh Terriers? Can they be trained to come back to you if you let them off the lead? Would appreciate your comments. Thanks Jane
